Question Layer(s): Snap options.

Hello.
I've just start "scratching" and experimenting
with WShop+ Layer options/procedures/functions.
Create a new Layer, add objects into the Layer
and free move (Controller) the composition around.

My question is:
Can i snap the whole composition to other objects ?
