Keep getting error “WORKSHOP FRANEWORK HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR” (PC version)

initially downloaded SS2 and required mods through nexus but got this error then afterwards deleted them and installed them through Bethesda mods and still received the same error code. Because of this issue I’m unable to get thanks to show up and start the settlement. Plz help.
