Question Jammer wont talk after gunner attack

I keep having an issue where once the gunners have been killed jammer will not say anything after so I can’t continue the quest I’ve reloaded previous saves and still as soon as the gunners are killed he won’t speak to me. I’ve watched a few videos on yt just to see what he says after and I never get his dialogue after. Any suggestions or fixes that can help
