Jake showed up in first playthrough, but not last three

I had to reload everything afther the first play through because of a crash. In the second through fourth playthroughs including my current one Jake did not appear in Sanctuary Hills after I built the Settler Recruitment Beacon. In the original play through, and the third I used the SMORE beacon and in the second and this the fourth playthrough I used the vanilla beacon. Only in the first playthrough did Jake show up. I have all the needed resources except Jake to show my Nora how to use the ASAM units to make her settlement. So far I've built Sanctuary Hills up on my own using the regular workbench items.Does anyone have any ideas as how to get Jake to appear?

You could pick a settlement other than Sanctuary (and with less room to hide) or install the latest beta version, this would help in case he spawned but got stuck sandboxing somewhere.

Thanks Antoine, to fix some other issues I have been deleting some mods I have yet to use too. I hope things go better now.

Just don't play the same save after removing mods. Other than that, good luck
This was Jake chilling down the street when I started on beta (next to lamppost if you can see that). Not ideal but at least should be able to find him.Or you could wait a couple hours and maybe he'll make his way to you.

I built a settlement beacon and jack appears every time so far (3 times now)

Oh and I always start a new run after removing mods and I delete the previous saves.
