I've been stuck at the quest "Me and this army"

When i came to the bridge, i pointed supermutants, quest progressed further, then after i pointed gunners, and after tried to shot flare gun, minuteman message occured, i've been trying for a while so my save files went further and i can restart save that been 4 real hours ago (comm array upgrade quest) hours ago. I found update on nexus and downloaded it, but it wont help. Anyone has any idea how to fix it? Dont want to replay this again

Fixed by just teleporting to different location and then back, almost shit my pants because of it.

I teleported to Egret and came back. Still nothing. I wonder if it has to do with whether or not the place was previously cleared. That'd be an . . .unfortunate dead-ender.

Try to download newest version of all sim settlements 2 chapters. Fixed a bunch of bugs for me
