Issue with CTD near Red Rocket

This is the best mod, ever. Hearing about SS2 I did a complete fallout 4 uninstall, mods and everything, then reinstall.
After a day or two of playing i now get CTD when approaching red rocket. I can get into abernathy and sanctuary from the back, but anywhere near red rocket and it crashes. No other crashes that i can find anywhere else. Happens with fast travel or walking up.
I don't have the best rig, but i was able to run the game on high with no issues till now.
I haven't had an issue with the new ss2 story line.
The troubleshooting i have done so far that has not effected the issue;
  • Set all graphic settings to low
  • Walk up looking at ground
  • Wait in game 30+ mins
  • Sleep for a week in game
  • Verify Fallout 4 files
  • Installed updated SS2
  • Have the papyrus adjustments to the ini file
  • Ran Fallrim tools, only 1 unattached instant. Deleting it wouldn't allow the game to even load, so it might be a needed one. Not sure.
  • I made a bash patch but, since I'm crap at modding and computer programming in general, im not sure if i did it correctly.
Im going to try shutting off mods, but with everything working great up to this point, it wasnt my first go to. I have a pretty bare bones mod list to reduce risk of issues and conflicts.
Could anyone with more experience or aptitude look over what i have and let me know of any issues that jump out? I have included my load order after running LOOT.
I can send a save as well, but not sure how/where to post it.
There was a tool in ss1 that could remotely clear a settlement but i cant seem to find it in the ss2 tools.

(EDIT) Being a dumbass, i didnt look at the new known issue mod list. I have BS Defense, could i remove it and reinstall workshop framework to fix whatever it does? Would pulling BS defense torch the saves up to this point? Sorry if this makes the rest pointless but there wasnt any conflict in FO4Edit about bs defense.

Looking at your Mod list, there seems to be several mods that were made for SS1. Those are not compatible with SS2. Also if you have any mods (like settlement cleanup mods) that break precombines, those can cause CTD on even the most advanced rigs.
 
Ok i need to check something out then might explain my crashes when in sanctuary i made the mistake of having red rocket go to SS2 planned just to see how it would develop now .
I kept sanctuary and the drive in at own build to make sure i have plenty of rooms for all the builds and enough rooms to act as caravan hubs.
just need to figure out if i can some how remove the builds in red rocket in between loading the cells and getting a CTD :)

Interesting. I loaded an earlier save and no crash. so something changed at red rocket to somehow cause a crash. However, if i donate supplies the game now freezes and has to be closed. Here are those log files.
I have no idea what im looking at so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looking at your Mod list, there seems to be several mods that were made for SS1. Those are not compatible with SS2. Also if you have any mods (like settlement cleanup mods) that break precombines, those can cause CTD on even the most advanced rigs.
I did have a couple hold overs, but they werent loaded. I have deleted them and still get the CTD issue.

Digging through the logs i did find a bit that says buffout couldnt initialize. If the normal fallout logs dont have what would help ill try and figure what went wrong
 
Anyone can help here? I have similar issue but it is sunshine settlement where I got CTD. I will try to uninstall mod that breaks pre-combine when I got time.
my advice start by uninstalling ss2 addons

If you want install buffout as I said above. otherwise, it's a try out to find the culprit.
 
I had the same problem a week ago crashes at Red Rocket & County Crossing. Crashlog from Buffout pointed the bad mod (was the Colt 1911) and i removed it, and it crashed again, now with another esp in the crashlog. so i removed it too. and now...it crashed another time...new esp.
I verified Fallout 4, but it keeps crashing.
My fix was:
1) uninstall Fallout 4
2) delete Fallout 4 Install Folder
3) delete C:\Users\***\Documents\My Games\Fallout4
4) delete C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Fallout4
5) Install Fallout 4
6) Install mods
now it runs fine. no crashes anymore. Same game with the same mods and same loadorder, but no crashes. Only god knows whats goin on with Bugthesda games xD

there was proly files leftover/scripts happens.
 
save yourself hours of fun by simply deleting your data folder, having steam verify your game files, and install your mods and go again. no reason to uninstall the game, format your hard disk, buy a new pc etc etc etc.

Next time you do this I highly recommend making the switch to mo2...it'll be the last time you have to reinstall. None of the mods go in your fallout4 folder, no chance of leftovers ever getting left behind when you uninstall a mod and it makes it very easy to run different profiles for completely different mod setups.

Do you mean this? I did not install other new mod in midgame or uninstall. Beside up update few mods like SS2.

Should I check the entire Fallout 4?
Edit: I tried to verify Fallout 4. it won't work. But I load the pervious save and it doesn't have CTD around the area with same mod.... Now I do think it might have been caused by one of the SS2 addons.
