Is there a way to verify that setup completed?

My conqueror prebuild process CTD a few times, but I finally got it to run all the way through - I think. It didn't CTD and things seem like they finished, but after a few CTDs I'd like to make sure before I play too much and get in too far.
I wondered if there's any concrete way to tell for sure that the process finished?
