Is There a Doctor in the House?

On the above quest, As I can understand, should be able to hire Cassandra? Points me to the hospital, that is almost completely empty, but did manage to find Cassandra, but there is no menus at all. Just a generic hello when clicking her. And the quest marker disappears every time I enter the building. Not sure what to do.

Having a similar problem. Is There a Doctor In the House points me to Mass Bay Hospital. I enter, talk about the treatment for the soldier laying on the ground, make peace with the gunners inside, but cannot find Cassandra again, and there's nothing else to do in there now. Nightingale dude is walking around, Circe is on computer in lobby, and other Nightingale is banging on the X-Ray machine. There seems to be a part of the hospital I can't get to. But no Cassandra. Stuck and really don't want to use the cheat in the holotape.

Yeah you need to complete the entire Nightingales story to recruit her. 24 or 48 hours after they take Mass Bay another quest should start.

As @Antoine Soverie said - there is one last quest to make Cassandra available. You'll know it when you complete it as it is a natural jumping off point story-wise.

I ended up going off and doing some other quests and eventually I got the start of the next Nightingale quest! On my way! Woot!

Annnd stuck again. Went to clear out the bar for Lydias assistant mercenary. Killed the raiders, looted the place, now stuck inside. Can't leave via either doors (eternal loading screen), can't even save without the game locking up and I have to restart the computer. Tried sitting and waiting. Tried fast travelling. Nothing is working. Very frustrating.

Edit: Went and did the Diamond City part of the quest. Everything loads fine, saves, etc. Decided to try and hit the optional Pub quest again on the way back, same issue. Forever loading screen when going to leave. Just going to not do the optional quest for her.
