Question Interior Scav dispatcher

I'm not getting any recruitment through the interior scav dispatcher. I am using the alt recruitment, my unemployed is set at 5, it has power and is manned and is now at level two yet I haven't had a single settler appear. I've resorted to setting up a recruitment beacon at red rocket and sending the settlers to Sanctuary but since happiness at RR is at 27 that has tanked.

The "my unemployment is set at 5" has me suspicious that there may be some confusion. My recruitment system doesn't have an unemployment cap. Can you check in my holotape and tell me what settings you have on?

I'll confirm everything works as expected on my end, if it does I may need to give you a copy of the script with debugging enabled so we can investigate the issue.

i haven't had a chance to look, had to make and give tests this week so it took an extra chunk out of my time
