Question Intergrated (All-In-One) City Plan Mod

Hi There,
I'm just getting back into FO4 again after getting a PC capable of actually running it with mods and I was wondering if you have considered adding all of your city plans into one mod, rather than having nearly all of them as separate mods?

I have that, but I'm specifically looking for Yagisan's Plans in an All-In-One (as many are for custom settlements). Thank you for your reply.
