Industrial plot make screws?

As the title says - for some reason in my current play-through I’m constantly running out. Do any of the industries make a lot of screws?

I have a few thousand by collecting guns and with level 3 scrapper. Just salvage beacon them away.

I does take a good while until some can make that perk investment?

Yea, I don't have any levels of scrapper at this point (my character is at level 54 or 55) -- been concentrating on perks to stay alive and kill things. I like the mod idea though, Raybo -- thanks! That seems like a balanced way to do it, since I do have boatloads of steel.

Alternatively, since we are on Sim Settlements forum, you can just build a boatload of Scrap Processing and a Remelting Facility in a city. But that mod is fastest way.

Ah, that's what I was looking for -- I wasn't sure if scrap processing made screws, and never thought of the remelting facility as doing so. So mod when I'm desperate, and I'll make sure to add more of those two plots.

Remelting is an advanced industrial, isn't it?

Crushers and Scrap Procesor can make screws or junk that contains uncommon stuff (like screws). But ofcourse, the chance is a bit random. Imo, the fastest way is to put one point in Scrapper so you can get screws from weapons, then collect all the weapons you come across.

I must admit to cheating on the odd occasion, more when I need just one more screw, then I tend to use the console, but that is very rare so don't tell anyone

i know, hard to justify an esp when you can console them in when Sturges isn’t looking. my problem is I provide settlers with premium gear. I am useing mortal settlers. so I need a lot more of that stuff than the base game equations allow. Other wise my settlement graveyard gets depressing.

Yes, I make little graveyards for deaths of my settlers, dogs and allies. sometimes whoever-else I drag over.

Do you know what bothers me the most, I can't console in new kids and and few million pounds, for some weird reason I think there is a scripting issue when I try to send them to my kitchen in my house, dam, no one told me it doesn't work in the real world
