Solved Industrial City question

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right spot to ask this, but it is a question related to sim settlements, so ...
I'm trying out the Industrial City Addon and when I build an industrial plot and go to choose the building plan, all the plans for the "production" plots from IC are there (wood, rubber, steel etc) as well as the water plot. But I don't see the Toy Factory, Ammo Plant or Scavenger Support Plot (the one that differentiates itself into the dispatch etc).
Am I missing something about the way Industrial City works?

I would also try re-downloading the add on as sometimes the list seems to get messed up so reinstalling it has fixed this for me with other add ons.
