Hey Kingath,

Your work is very appreciated, and whether or not you choose to use this suggestion or not, know that you have made Fallout 4 better and I am happy with what I have. With that said, I just put a suggestion on the Salvage Beacons forum and there I noticed that we both have the same problem. "Don't Call me Settler" is a favorite mod of both you and I, but its very old and hasn't been updated in so long, that it likely never will be. Before Sim Settlements it was my favorite, and I still like it so much that I usually deal with its ancient scripts and instability because it does what no other mod does. Can you incorporate some of its functionality into Sim Settlements?

Of course I am not suggesting stealing any of the author's code, but at some point we need to realize that the author isn't coming back. He put the mod on hold and hidden over a year ago. Your city manager holo-tape already does some of what his does, is it possible to do the rest? Some of my favorite options are listed below...
*Increase, or even decreasing, settle spawn rate
*Giving all Settlers actual names
*Change the gender spawn ratio of new settlers
*Allow settlers to spawn with random heights. (This is my favorite.)

There are other things it does, but these are the best. It is really amazing how real these settlers feel when you see a woman taller than you with a real name the next time you visit. It would be wonderful. Ultimately I find that you and I like mods that give us options to play our way, and I think that this would be a very powerful tool to help do that. Either way I love you buddy... well in a creepy parasocial, earwax statue of you in the back of my closet sort of way at least.

Though I think kinggath had mentioned in one of his videos why giving settlers names causes issues with some of his scripts.

But the other ideas sound interesting.

*Increase, or even decreasing, settle spawn rate
Since SS takes over settler spawning, this could actually be added to it. IIRC there are options which affect spawning already, like, disable charisma limit, and max unemployed you can have.

*Giving all Settlers actual names
Obviously I will plug my mod for this:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25321
It is compatible with pretty much everything, because it doesn't interfere with any vanilla script. I use it together with SS myself.
There is some interference with other mods which put activation options onto settlers, though. Also, if something else renamed the settler already, it can't override that. Though I have included workarounds for vanilla Provisioners and Salvace Beacons' Comm Operators.

*Change the gender spawn ratio of new settlers
*Allow settlers to spawn with random heights. (This is my favorite.)
Now for that, you want a mod which changes the default Settler base record. That's definitely not the job of SS imo, but any mod which does it should be automatically compatible.

Cool I will check out your mod about the names when I finally have to bring "Don't call me settler" behind the chemical shed and shoot it.

I have this idea for an angry fema-cotton-headed ninny-muggins who creates a faction called the "Daughters of the Apocalypse". She only allows female settlers, and specifically targets battered women who have been wronged by the wasteland like Cait. I want to be able to control the settlers gender without murdering any man who shows up.

Thank you very much for your suggestions though.
