Hello, I'm running into an issue, when I try to donate any resource (Steel, Wood, Acid, Adhesive, you name it) it gets returned back to me.
Resource Complexity is set to Components, I have a resource storage, I tried to refresh plots, nothing works. I'm still on "If I had a hammer" quest. I tried to provide some materials, I had a lots of them stack at the workshop, but every time I leave a settlement and return to it, power generators and water pump are degraded. I assume it's due to maintenance, because the resource panel shows me negative numbers on the daily consumption tab, but zero on the corresponding virtual storage resource.
Is it maybe because the quest is unfinished, or did I start the whole mod with "hardcore" setup? I was playing the SS1 on a regular basis, hence the choice of approach.
Have you ever run into a problem like that?
