I have all the required mods + DLC installed but none can be enabled

I have installed all the necessary mods for Sim Settlements 2 chapter 3 on Xbox series X
Automaton DLC
Workshop Framework
Sim Settlements 2
Sim Settlements 2 chapter 2
Sim Settlements 2 chapter 3
But none of them can be enabled in the mod section saying "this mod cannot be installed since it depends on files that aren't present". I have tried to re-download fallout 4 and automaton along with all 4 mods, but it's still the same problem. I can't change the load order either bc they are not installed.

Looks like you select the Workshop Framework Script Override (Optional File) instead of Workshop Framework.
Workshop Framework is required.

You are right I was using the wrong workshop framework! I can believe I made such a silly mistake. Everything is working now thanks so much for your help.
