HUDframework not showing up

So after looking at alot of posts etc. i create my own post.
I want to play Fallout again so i updated sim settlements etc.
My problem is HUDframework will not show up.
It is over Sim Settleman in NMM and ingame under mods.
I open and close the workshop still nothing happend.
i deactivated and deleted HUDframework and played 4 quests, new save and activated HUDframework again. Still not working :(

No Def Ui installed. I had it before but deleted it before i did all the testing.

quick question. which will help everyone help you.

have you played SS before? there is a halo tape you need to get before the hud will show up?
 
Do a manual install of HUD Framework and check the HUD options in the holotape. Just in case for whatever reason it got turned off.
 
So i deleted HUDframework from NMM and downloaded it manuell. I extractet it into D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data and actived it ingame under mods. I click on City Manager 2078 Holotape and under Options/Hud Options/ i turn citizien need HUD from ON to OFF and back to On. Still not working :(
 
If you activated it in game it most likely put it at the bottom of the load order.
Open your Plugins.txt and make sure it's in the correct position... You can use NMM Plugins tab too.
EDIT:
DUH! It's an esm! But it still could have put it under SS. LOL

I just noticed you have the 3 in 1 Sim Settlements and Industrial Revolution and RotC installed.
You need to uninstall IR & RotC as they are included in the 3 in 1.
And make sure you have the latest version 3.3.3

I see now! I never use the in game mod manager and had a brain fart when I seen 406MB.
My Bad!!
 
One more thing.
Disable ALL mods except for Sim Settlements and HUD Framework.
Use the Plugins tab in NMM and just uncheck the extra mods.
Load a clean Vanilla save, if you don't have one grab Ms. Vault111
Load it up and walk off of the vault door, then open the console and enter
help "city manger' 4
player.additem XXXXXXXX <xx being the returned refID from the help command
Load the holotape like normal.
Go discover Sanctuary & activate the workshop. Wait for a couple minutes for the scripts to finish their stuff.
Hit F5 (wait a few seconds)
Hit F9
When the save loads you should see the HUD popup and after a couple minutes it will update with the current data.

IF the HUD doesn't popup after loading the Quick save, you have a porked install of either HUD framework or Sim Settlements.
 
So on the vanilla save Ms.Vault111 i have a HUD *-*

Hope that helps to find the reason why it dont work on my normal save

New Update i dont know if this will help but i just turned all mods on i use on my normal save. Still no HUD but if i load the Vanilla Save Mrs.Vault111 with all my mods i have a HUD.

See.. that's what I don't understand. None of your mods should mess with the HUD.
humm... try disabling SKjAlert on your normal save. Load in, save, exit, load the new save.
It's really the only "settlement" mod you have.
