Question hud not comeing up

the workshop hud thta shows what a settlment needs in conqueror is not comeing up could this be a conflic ive tried everything i can think of and beyond this bug so far nothing is wrong with my currexnt play thru

Hello this happens to me too the fix is go out of your settlement fast travel o other site desinstall hud framework install it again put in the top of your load order,open the game wait some minutes,go to a settlement again and the hud is fixed hope it helps :D
