HQ no option to clean the Atrium - XBox

I have every other cleaning option except to clean the main entry Atrium with the spiral staircase. I must be missing it somewhere but I have been through every single menu option.

Also, the Commarray in HQ seems to not have power. When i first took HQ, connecting pipboy etc it did and inwas able to use the terminal to manage settlements. Now i cant. All screens are off, everything that says "activate " simply clicks and nothing happens. I dont think thats part of a questline and i cant fogure oit how to resolve it.

Man this is about the last straw. The amount of hours I have wasted, and number of times I've given it another chance by starting a whole new game, is absurd. My commarray in HQ doesn't work, like I never recoeved the upgrade, which I did in fact receive and test already... and the whole Atrium nonsense. It was an option on my previous attempt where I also lost the ability to connect to the commarray. I've tried so hard to give this the chance it deserves, but at this point, unless Kinggath releases bug fixes for this shit, I'm out of patience. It seems he's focused primarily on PC and little on console. So unless someone here answers with a fix, I can't justify wasting any more time trying to get it to work.
