HQ Main lobby never cleaned

I finished the hq tutorial quest and tried cleaning the main lobby, but it did not work. I have now lost the option to clean it and it is to late to go back to a previous save. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

afaik, the game terms kind of misleading, clean mean prepare the room for certain purpose, while the actual clean up is "repair"

I'm having a similar problem, I attempted to clean all 4 quadrants, 3 of them cleaned and spawned room controllers, the 4th did not clean, did not spawn a room controller and the options to clean are gone. Unfortunately I failed to notice that before ~20 hours passed in my save.

All other projects, upgrades, and repairs are done at the HQ, this section is the only one that is glitched. Any console commands or the like that might reset segments of HQ would be appreciated.

I selected Robotics Lab when I originally zoned it, however it still displays the default room title in HQ layout.
