Hello,
I have a Problem with my current playtrough;
I am not able to connect any of my settlements to my Hq.
- i have the right caravan plots and they are operational (No IDEK)
The problem is now, that i can't proceed in Commonwealth Rising
- maybe there is a console command which make the GNN HQ active or some other workaround
I have tried to use to install IDEK (bc they stated that caravans are immediatly connect with HQ) but it crashes
I hope somone knows a workaround or a fix

- i use easy mode (no one is ill, i don't need a leader and so on...)
