I searched forums but couldn't find a clear answer. I have All Chapters Pack installed and it's been few hours of playing since Jake disappeared at the end of CH1. Do I need to do anything to start CH2 or it starts automatically? Or maybe it's trigerred by something? I'm worried my SS2 quest line is broken...

Is the Chapter 2 file definitely active? It should "start automatically" - to be more accurate, if you have chapters 1 and 2 active, it's hard to even spot where the join is between them unless you already know where it is.
When you got back to the Hardware Store in Concord, Aiden should've been there and just continued the questline from there.

It seems in my case there is something wrong with the All Chapters Pack itself. I installed a standalone Chapter two, in addition to the pack, just being loaded after ACP and suddenly the disappearance quest is there and Aiden waits for me in the hardware store.
