How to HQ | Mansfield Stuck

Hey all,

I've just started How to HQ, and i'm at the part where Mansfield gives instructions to the concord volunteer.
However, he doesn't do anything and just shows as busy when I try to interact with him.

So far i've tried:
Updating SS2, SS2 Chapter 2 & Workshop Framework to latest versions
Checked known mod conflicts
Waited 15-20 minutes and left the game running
Used ReSaver to remove unattached instances.

Does anyone have any advice on what else to try?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’d check to make sure you have hud framework and workshop framework loaded in the right order and that no other mods are loaded in the wrong place preventing this. It worked fine for me last week didn’t have to wait or anything. The wiki shows load order but basically wsfw hud ss2 and chapter 2 need to be directly under unofficial patch with nothing loaded before or between them. Only exception being awkcr goes above them directly under the unofficial patch.

Hey A1,

I've checked my load order and made sure it's the same as what the wiki suggests, but Mansfield is still stuck.
I only have about 20 mods, and nothing too massive.
Is there anything else you think could be causing this?

Don’t really see anything that should be causing an issue I don’t run many mods besides ss2 and related plus gun for hire and weapons mods. Generally it works alright for me. Maybe the project Mojave mod ? Idk if there’s any conflicts or issues since I don’t use it, hopefully somebody else can chime in about that. I’d probably back up a save or two and try and run it again and see if it works.
