How should I check if something is in precombine?

Hello!
Newbie modder here. I want to swap some objects in commonwealth with Base Object Swapper, but I don't want to break any precombine, so here are my questions:
1. Is it possible for moveable static or container to be in precombine?
2. If something is static, how should I know if it is contained in any precombine?
