How is the Tier 3 aquarium suppsoed to look?

I'll grab a screen cap of the plaque later, but the plaque says it is the tier 3. And all the other entertainment, built/powered/staffed at the same time as the aquarium, are on their proper tier 3 forms and plaques. But water plots have been weird since the last Sim Settlements patch - see the bug forum here about the Roman Baths.

So after trying @Matri 's sugestion again, i still have the tier 2 model with a tier 3 plaque:

i checked the install in the mod organizer folder. the meta.ini is dated 02/13/2018 @1:42 pm, but the SimHomestead - Main.ba2 and SimHomestead - Textures.ba2 are from 01/23/2018 @ 10:10 am. Are those the correct time stamps for the latest version of homesteads?

Yeah - v4.6 was updated 1/23/2018. It seems it might be a new SS bug in 3.1.2.

If you want to try a quick developer trick, you can ...
  1. destroy the plot, rebuild it and choose the building plan.
  2. Go into Console mode (hit "`" back-tick key)
  3. Click on the plot power pole (NOT the sensor)
  4. Type "setpv bIsUpgradeReady true"
  5. Exit console ("`" key again)
  6. Select ASAM Sensor, choose "Manage Upgrades ... Upgrade Building"
  7. repeat 2-6 for L3

That worked. Took 4 cycles. its seems as if Sim Settlements is counting the base/construction phase as tier 1 - at least that is what the plaque is showing. Then upgrade, and the model/visual is tier one, but the plaque is tier two. Another upgrade, and model is tier two, and plaque is three. Final upgrade, get the tier 3 aquarium (yay! looks AWESOME, great work), and the plaque still says tier 3.

@Eldarth , found a thing with the Tier 3 Aquarium. Occasionally it spawns a glowing critter. If the critter gets out of the aquarium, the settlers attack it, and then it attacks back. Thank goodness for immortal settlers, or one mini prawn would have decimated all of Vault 88 :D

Hey, just like ghouls, that radiation can seep into their brains, and scramble them up!

j/k - I'll take a look, all the aquarium creatures should be docile and not attack anyone.

Actually the settlers attack first, then the critter defends, and wins :)
