Question How do I choose which upgrade path for my buildings to take?

So, I don't ever get an option to manually upgrade a building or plot, I don't know why but they just upgrade automatically and I cannot find any way to get them to wait for me to upgrade them nor any way to select which specific tree to upgrade to. What am I doing wrong here?

its on a setting in your city holotape, you can set it to auto upgrade or to wait till you do it.

there is also the vision thing you can make on the city planners desk it has a vision "awaiting upgrade" so you can find the one you want faster if you have fuk ton of plots everywhere
