Idk if this glitch has already been made aware of but I'll be playing the game and whenever I die or leave the game I wont be able to load my save up again, instead the game will just crash

Question How can I load my save's again without the game crashing (Xbox one)

That's not a known issue. Sounds like you are out of save file space though. I know on my Xbox I have to periodically delete save files or the game will give me warnings about not enough space and occasionally crash when trying to autosave.
