Not a bug Houses wont build

Ive run into a weird issue, when I put down the plot and it will show the scaffolding then it disappears and just the layout on the slab shows.I got one of the houses to build at starlite drive but that's it.For some reason they wont work in sanctuary. I demolished it and uninstalled the mod, started up the game and saved, re downloaded it but it still does the same. I have 10 houses at sanctuary but none will switch over to this mod or new plots even.

I have been able to get 2 types at starlite to fully build.(looked awesome by the way).

there are 9 total homes, i assume you can build any of them in starlight?

I went back to starlight to see and now it isn't building them just doing what you see in the screen shots. I guess i was lucky the first few times now all i get is the frames on the ground. I even tried different plots concrete , dirt ect, but same response.

have you tried building anything without the mod recently? lets see if @kinggath know whats up

I had the same problem with just one of the houses (Brick house I think). Hitting it with the Immersion Breaker Breaker helped for me.

I suspect you had an older version and then updated at somepoint @d7urban . the I.B.B. is absolutely required when updating the mod if changes to the backend were made. Graphic changes will take effect upon load, actual fudge ups need hit with a hammer to fix. Ied seriously rename the thing, its a immersive tool that you use to fix a broken building. Not immersive breaking at all.

all other buildings still build fine(from sim settlements), I have shops up and garden plots. Just built another settlement same thing happend. Also from the screen shot they aren't built or the game doesn't think so anyway as it doesn't count the bed.

I meant to ask if you had tried building all of my house types. You said you managed to get 2 to work. Which ones dont.

Got the same issue here, I have tried everything listed above. So far I have not been able to get any of the houses to work.

It was the Brick and stone house that worked but now those wont even build.I went back and tried every house just to be sure. Is there a way to force the game to build just from your mod? that way I can test it more.

I'm having the same issue I can't get these houses to build Basement House, Modern, 1960's Home, Brick House, Log Cabin the AFRAME house works though.
On version 1.1.1

HAHAHA works as intended. there is a lvl stop at the first stage. No worries, your settlers arnt going to freak out over it, they have a bed. if ur unhappy with them camping as they gather resources cf"unlocklevel" on the plot and it will force the upgrade. You would only notice this if you were actively waiting and watching them build. Ill remove the level stop in the next update. But console ~ the cf "unlocklevel" while the plot is selected will push it to the next. or you can be patient and it your giving your settlers what they want, itll upgrade on its own.

yep not a problem sorry for the confusion. I originally intended for the homes to bypass all stages and go straight to an almost done form but a slight oversight occurred and an extra level was added. But like i said it wont hurt anything.

well i guess that's what it was i went back in and did the cf unlock and they built. So it was working as intended.
thanks for the help (although i feel stupid now lol)

It did cause a problem in a new game trying to do the initial Sturges quests. After the housing part it was fine, but then the plots started switching during the water build portion. This caused the bed number to drop intermittently, throwing the quest into an uncompleted state. Even after the build beds portion was done and working on water portion of the quest.

Edit add: It was fixed by waiting for all the plots to finish fully building.
