Hotfix 3.1.3a is now available!

- Fixes an issue where add-on pack content, including building plans and leaders, could become unselectable shortly after loading a save.
 
Is there a workaround for a save which is already affected? I just installed Sim Settlements Scrappers, and it's building plans don't appear anywhere.

Edit: nevermind. Just NMM being NMM...
