Now I really dont want to uninstall any of this because it makes my game so awesome. But if i have to what are the bare MINIMUM things i need to uninstall? from what i am gathering to play SS2 flawlessly you cant have ANY Quest mods installed, no texture mods installed, no companion mods installed, pretty much no mods installed besides the recomended mods in the FAQs? I dont know ... please help me figure this out i have no idea what im doing i just install whatever looks and sounds good. I dont know what esm. esl. esm flagged esl is. and how they relate to one another, I dont know how to change load order in vortex im pretty sure you cant its a permenant automatic load order...

someone said dont use XDI but there is a patch on there mod site thing, as well as when you install SS2 it says on the installer that it supports XDI Screenshot 2022-05-21 193243.jpg

The sole purpose of a compatibility patch is to make 2 or more mods compatible with each other. If you install my patch, XDI is compatible with SS2. (I recommend the normal version) I can not make the same statement for chapter 2 as I have not performed the extensive testing I did with chapter 1. Although I assume if there were problems, my Nexus page would be full of comments saying so.

As to your load order, I am not familiar with most of the mods listed so I won't be much help. I can tell you Fallout 4 does not support the removal of mod(s) during a playthrough. <- This fact is declared by Bethesda. If you remove a mod(s) start a new game. This fast start mod can take some of the pain out of that.
I would start by removing the plugins listed above as "dirty" and see if that resolves your issues before starting a new game. The other thing you can do (what I ended up doing) is start a new game with the minimum required mods for SS2 and slowly add mods back in to figure out which mods are causing issues.
  1. Unofficial Patch
  2. XDI
  3. HUD Framework
  4. Workshop Framework
  5. SS2
  6. SS2 CH2
  7. SS2 Extended
  8. SS2 - XDI Patch
Any mods that modify workshop scripts will be 100% incompatible with WSFW and guaranteed to cause problems with settlements. This includes loading the unofficial patch after WSFW. Generally SS2 is compatible with quest mods although it has been reported that the Thuggyverse series may be incompatible. Mods that alter the same locations as SS2 will likely be incompatible unless there is a patch. This would be any Concord overhaul mods mostly.
Most of the known compatibility issues are listed on the SS2 wiki.
Edit: This forum is for mod creation questions. You would have better luck asking this in the SS2 Questions Forum.

Thanks man thats what I wanted to hear...first I think I installed your patch, which one was it again? I uninstalled about 20 mods earlier and I Am now able to spawn in Sanctuary and Red Rocket both are upgraded...I was doign some reading and found out that

Fallout 3 New Vegas Style Outfit Ground Object Physics

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47928

was causing people the same problem I was having...
Screenshot 2022-05-22 032056.jpg

So I got rid of that and a bunch of other mods...so far its running good...the performance drops pretty hard when Sanctuary is fully upgraded...I still havent found my bedroom with my desk in it. My house is completely boarded off now lol. And about that mod that skips the prologue...I have been installing and uninstalling mods on the same save file for the last month i didnt know you arent supposed to touch the mods once you install them...what if you need to change stuff? theere is no auto save its terrible i got a autosave mod and it sucks its nowhere as near as good as CASM for New Vegas. But, I really havent had problems with crashing untill I started with those Settlement things...Im not reallly into Settlements I got this mainly for the stories and quests. And lastly, the load order you said to start off with, that was my next approch if it continued. I think i have it tamed for now lol I have had a couple crashes since but i think they were from having God Mode enabled and a Trainer running in the background. Will enabling cheats via ~ cause your game to crash ?
Anyways, thanks or the response I will install that prologue skip just to have for future reference cause i am SICK of doing that shit.

So i just looked what those dirty plugins were...and they are the plugins for the DLC from the Season Pass!!! LOL theres abour 4 or 5 other ones that are just for upgraded Third Rail, Boston Airport, and liek 2 or 3 other staging areas...

I know someone will argue with me :rollseye

But, you don't need to clean the DLC unless you want too.

I have done it both ways and have been fine either way.

Think of it this way. xbox users can't clean the DLC so authors create their mods that way.

REF:

I understand "Arthmoor" and "GamerPoets" may conflict on this subject and opinions have changed over time.
So, it is up to you as a user, as both give great advice, and testing it in your game is always the best advice.
After years of cleaning my DLC, I no longer do it, but that is just me and my set-up.

This is why I recommended Buffout 4. It works really good for figuring out mesh and texture issues. Its real easy to create bad meshes and textures with the available tools.

Fallout 4 performance can drop quite a lot when it has to render a ton of stuff. I would recommend using smaller city plans. For me, performance usually starts to drop at 30 to 40 L3 plots in Sanctuary. This is without building Red Rocket or Abernathy Farm, so its not a triangle of death issue.

You do not need a trainer with Bethesda games. You are probably better off not using one. Its possible that using one can cause instability.

You are better off using console commands. Console commands should not cause your game to crash. If they do, you have other problems.
I would bookmark this link for reference.

As Raybo said, I wouldn't clean any mods. Its a technical process that can potentially break a mod. Loot can make false reports that a plugin is dirty. I ignore this for DLC and do not install any mod that is reported as dirty.
