Question Health Reduces to 1 in Workshop Mode if player has Regen.

Hello,
New bug in last patch (Prepare to Quest off).
I have a CC backpack with the Medic Crafted Add on built in. It grants a small health regen.
When I go into Workshop mode with it equipped, I have 1 health when I exit no matter what it was before.

100% repeatable.

I forgot to mention that it's in Survival Mode.
The character is fully rested, fed, and not thirsty.

I also JUST got it to happen WITHOUT the backpack equipped.
At this point the character had a Yao Guai Ribs buff (+25 Damage Resist), Adaline (Damage 20%) and was Thirsty.
I also had a little more to regen left to go (form a Stim pack).
