I'm using Sim Settlements with ROTC, Conqueror, IR, and IDEK's logisitics station. Using the ROTC plan for Abernathy Farm has duplicate plots on top of each other, so the water usage is off the charts. The plots also have water pumps on all of them, but it seems like they're not counting as actually providing water. I would like to know if there is a way to restart from zero, like the first time you activate a city plan. The refresh option explicitly says it does not do plots, which is what I would need it to do, so I am looking for another solution.
