Tm to remove the hud, tcl for the perfect angle. The biggest problem I have is getting the settlers to stay where I want them for the shot.

I've experienced that un-settled settler sitch as well.

you could try console command "tai" .

yes, tai toggles ai off/on = every NPC/animal/robot stops moving.
