Please post bugs specific to Rise of the Commonwealth and Greentop Nursery in this thread.

Not sure if this is a bug or not.

As you can see a second workshop bench is created.
If you try to access this bench it says "you need to clear the enemies from the location".
If I try to enter workshop mode via my assigned button it doesn't work.
If I try to access workshop mode via the original workshop bench it works.
Please advise.

Cheers

eek, you moved the settlement workbench and the settlement manager put it back.

kill the one you can't access with fire. disable/markfordelete

Err??? No I did not move the original workbench.

Disable also doesn't solve the problem.
The second workbench is gone but, it's as if the settlement isn't activated.
It was active and my buttons all worked when I built the "City Planners Desk".

hmmm, that's a build plan bug then, it absolutely should NOT be spawning a spare workbench.

Ok.
I've rolled back to a previous save and will avoid Greentop until bug is resolved.
Looks like saves before launching build plans is a MUST.

Thanks, unless I miss my guess, this one is going to have a high priority for a fix. Thank you very much for reporting it!

Same issue with the second workbench. I refreshed the settlement and the second workbench was back.

Second workbenches are a known issue for a handful of settlements. If you have Place Anywhere you can scrap them (press "insert" first, which should turn on PA's scrapping ability) or you can disable them in the console. Scrapping them seems to work better. Just make sure you're only selecting the one that says "E) Search (empty)" when you mouse over it. Console code will be the one that starts with "ff" something instead of "00" something.

Greentop nursey doesn't seem to spawn a recruitment beacon when I launch the build plan. Refreshing city didn't fix it. Taking control back of city, scrapping entire settlement, then reassigning a leader has the plan go through, still no beacon tho. No recruitment radio signal.

Deacon and those 2 settlers will be forever alone Until I'm lazy enough to fire extra settlers over there :P

Known issue..
Just build one until it reaches Level 1... or like you said, reassign a few.

Sorry if it was reported already. I'm trying to use the specific forums to be better organized. Didn't see it in here, so thought I should report it in case it was missed. My bad.

Not sure if anyone has this, but the original crops just gets "damaged", causing the settlers to endlessly try to grow them. Storing them at that point crashes the game.

This one is outright weird because I just went over that settlement for the most recent expansion looking for trouble and the vanilla crops were correctly removed and replaced by ag plots inside the greenhouse.

Can you confirm that both Sim Settlements and RotC versions are completely up to date vs the Nexus listings?

I found out why; the plants were damaged before...
Now I just have to check that none are buggered before scrapping the settlement.

Greentop Nursery has a few problems on my end

-There are two recruitment beacons on my lvl 1 plan, no matter how much I refresh the plan.
-There are two chairs standing in the rubble in lvl 1 plan, I can scrap them, but they are not removed when the city builds itself.
-There are two power connections each 30 power, these make my defense need drop. I have to delete them using place everywhere with DeleteEnabled = on. This is breaking immersion, if settlers build themselves, they should build just the right amount of utilities they need, not large amounts to attract raiders.

EDIT: Only one of the two recruitment beacons is self powered.

This made me laugh. :)
NPC's are dumber than a box of rocks.. the more stupid things they build the more immersive the immersion. hehhehehe!!
The beacons are being fixed, might already be actually, they just didn't make it into the last patch.

Well, you understand what I mean. XD The point of the expansion is to have a city growing by itself in time. It makes no sense to have so much power at the start. I was just reporting that. XD

Yes, the AI is the single most frustrating thing in this game for me. Brahmin on the roof is such a post apocalyptic thing to see. :P

I have just downloaded the last patch, I'll check it out. Thank, have a nice night.

So this is the first time I've actually posted anything here (I like to lurk from the shadows, usually someone has my problem before I do and it is solved somewhere else.). The issue I am having is that Greentop has two recruitment beacons, two city planner desks, 15 population, and zero actual plots.
I've got most of the Commonwealth build up and this is the first time I've run into this issue. Refreshing the plots does nothing because there are none (on the flip side, it refreshes super fast!) and refreshing the city just tears down and rebuilds all the structures, but still no plots.
