My intentions in this settlement is to have an all bot crew though without even a beacon on, humans are showing up - uninvited. The terrain is pretty steep so I used building blocks - On the right side, a personal space which I wanted to have larger but ran into the problem of not being able to create industrial spots using the flat insert but rather the block insert which projected down into the space I was intending to use. Wonder if there is a fix for that? Primarily intended for Industrial use. (3 retail spaces).

Remove the block from behind the 2x2 spot you want to insert a foundationless plot and it will snap. then add the building block or ground block behind it.

[][]<-you want to remove these two blocks to fit the plot
[][]<-these are your 4 1X1 pads that your 2X2 will go on.

kevbal - I just saw this "Dedicated Sim Settlements Courser! Here to protect and server the Sim Settlement Commonwealth!" which I find interesting since all of my "guards" are decked out in Courser coats & military caps (though I suspect you meant 'serve' rather than a waiter).

I'm going to say, JtBryant's Foundations though I do not have that mod specifically loaded. I do have JtBryant's Utilities which I suspect contains this mod as well. It is contained in my menu under the house tab, concrete tab and then there are several styles to choose from - the white ones are worn concrete and the roof and living area from stained concrete. Under each of the 'worn' and 'stained' (maybe rusted - I can't remember) you'll see a large block and under that you'll find walls, floors, etc. - within each of those you'll find different looks of each. Look in Nexus if you can't find it (if you have his Utilities) for the Foundations stand alone mod of these. Let me know if I've just confused you or you can find what you're looking for.

No my foundations mod is not included in any of my other mods, and it has a custom menu under the Sim Settlements menu.

I was not in the game when I posted - sorry. I was just trying to recall where I saw them and when I looked on nexus the only Jt I had was the utilities. I looked at his other posting on the Nexus website where I saw his other listings and since the photos looked like what I was using it was a wild guess. Can't imagine too many people providing that variety of concrete choices.

I have removed most of the photos in this post due to my realization that it was not pertinent to the subject matter of Sim Settlement photos, but rather my sidetrack into personal construction and for that I apologize. #offtopic
