After playing F4 for around 45 minutes the graphics go south badly. I'm set up on High in the settings and my PC stats are as follows:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10850K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz, 32.0 GB Ram, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, Fanxiang S500PRO 2TB SSD. I can play Starfield without any loss but I can't figure out why Fallout does this. The only texture mod I'm using is Fallout 4 HD Overhaul 2k by Luxor8071. I can restart the game and the graphics are sharp again for about an hour then they go potato. I don't have much more hair to pull out so any help would be appreciated by my wife.

If the hd mod comes from vortex make sure to look if anyone else has that problem.

Launching via the F4SE can help.
Turn off the extra graphics thing in the launcher like wet textures
I use a few perf mods I can list if you like.

I'm pretty sure that it's a setting somewhere that is on auto for graphics. I always launch through F4SE. I'll try turning off the settings through Steam and see if that helps. Thank you
