Yeah tales from the commonwealth is a very slept on mod. It doesn't seem extremely popular, and it adds so much content that blends seamlessly into the basegame. R404's quests were by far the best quests that I've played through in this game, and the only companion romance that actually felt believable after finishing them. I'm still stumbling into quests here and there.
one thing I noticed is the Boston bordello marker is marked as a settlement and had the same stats as hangman's alley, obviously the cells are recognized as the same or something like that.
