    One silly-ish question, do the Artillery Piece plots work the same way as the Vanilla Artillery Pieces, or do I need to build them as well?

    Yeah they function as normally artillery with the smoke grenades - I only use these in my game, haven't got any actual workshop artillery.

    That's great to know. I now don't have to place the vanilla ones, except at the Castle.

    Mind you I might just use them at the castle as well, as the vanilla ones always look so open and unprotected.

    I use them at the castle - I have an Artillery Station on top of 3 of the wall corners, looking out. Mostly just aesthetic but it works well, especially if you use a mod like Craftable Castle Walls

    I use the Castle walls that are in Workshop Rearranged when I rebuild it.

    Something Iv always wondered, does the number of artillery corespond to the amount of damage dealt?

    According to stuff I've read before, I think it increases the number of shells fired and makes the attack last longer. Found this reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/falloutset...multiple_artillery_does_it_make_a_difference/) about it at a quick google which seems to repeat that. Haven't tested it properly myself though

    I have an increase artillery range mod and each and every artillery piece fires across the whole map. So if you have two at a settlement, they'll both fire.
    The great thing about the Artillery Pieces in Brae's mod is that it takes what was a vanilla item (and therefore not counted towards your settlers working, in the HUD) and actually makes it count.

    Also, Brae, my Castle looks amazing now that I put in your Artillery Posts instead of vanilla Artillery Pieces.

    I previously tried a mod by the same author, which increased the explosions generated by Artillery.
    It made really short work of the Mutants at Big John's Salvage, but the funniest thing was seeing Dance get blown across the road like a rag doll.
    Way, way, way over powered! And that was without the range increase mod.

    Best arty mod in game thouhgh...



    Only thing better than building a fire base with a full battery of 155s ? Building all basses including all conquest basses with full battery's of 155.
