Found this in the Steam forums; It definitely skips over some stuff like the Interplay lawsuit and so on, but it also goes over design decisions, mistakes, stuff that went well, et al.

I discovered Noclip channel not long ago too. Definitely worth viewing, the quality and professionalism on their videos is really great. I recommend the Fallout 76 Making of, I think I watched two times already lol
