Not a bug Free Cam mode

Hi Team

Let me start by saying "I'm so thankful for all the works you guys are putting into this awesome mod."
The bug I'm having is, I'm in Graygarden (never remember if its with an A or an E) I cleaned up the place and then put the City Planner desk down next to the workstation. I assigned Codsworth as city leader and clicked "Go ahead and start." Within 5 seconds the main FO signature tune kicks in and I am pulled into the sky in free cam mode. The game then crashes when I get to 60,00 feet. It has happened once before but I cant remember what I did to cure it. It wasn't a once off bug because now every time I leave the desk it happens. I have also tried changing leaders.

Missing texture on the SS or RotC files could do this easily. Can you try deleting both entirely and reinstalling a fresh copy?

It's possible your system can't handle the free-cam and you need to disable Cinematic Mode, or try changing the Cinematic Mode Camera to Manual (I have to do that when playing on my gaming computer, but not on my work computer... very strange).

Thanks for your quick response.
I uninstalled the two you suggested and reloaded them from Nexus, just in case it was something to do with the download. I ran Loot once both were installed. In game I went to Egret Marina and was able to start a settlement from the desk, but when I went back to GrayGarden the same thing happened. The start up music started and away I went. The fact that the theme music starts tells me its not a bug but some script running somewhere.
But why just at that location? I have no other mods in that area.

Is that a setting in the game Kinggath?

Those are settings in the City Manager Holotape, or at the City Planner's Desk terminal.
