For the Minutemen - The Rise of Independence - A Sim Settlements 2 Addon -new mod

I'll check out modern living. Like tile set u described.
It's pretty nice, and the cheapest one, i think. I like using them for stores and apartment buildings. I'm going to try repairing the Sancuary houses with the wood panneling one of these days.

Looks like great mod. However, it requires slocm joe workshop ccc - from creation club. <rant> I hate when big mods stick ONE cc mod in hard requirements </rant>
Went to beth site, went on steam. Only option is to buy credits for creation club. Would be really nice to see a list of CC mods, and their cost in credits. How do you buy credits when you don;t know the number of credits you will need? Am I stupid - is there a way to see the costs? If so, please point me in right direction. If not, anyone know the credit cost for
--- Required Mods and Creation Club Content --- Slocum Joe's Workshop CCC
Thank you all
I'm having this same issue. In fact, for me, I can't even seem to navigate the top menu of CC. I'm leery of adding any CC content, much as I loved the Slocum Joe's mod. I'm 100% positive they broke my game on PS4, although I hear it's more likely the armor mods that do that. I really want to do the Rise of the Minutemen but I'm afraid to activate it without the CC content which I don't even want to buy, quite honestly.

I did finally get on CC site. A kind soul here in the forums told me how.
How = Load / start game from vanilla loader - with steam ON LINE. In the list of choices will be creation club - hit that - takes you there.
Slocum Joe's Workshop CCC = I forget price (ITK was 600 credit points). Have to buy credits for CC, $7.50 increments = 750 Credit points on CC site. We all start with 100 credit points. So... 100+750 = 850. -600 (for SJoe's) = 250. They have $2.50 of mine - and nothing I want. arggggg.

I decided not to get Slocum Joe's Workshop CCC - or any other CCC. Dislike that from of RL commerce.

(Related Funny thing happened today - just installed Tales of the Commonwealth. First quest I stumpled upon - Saints and Sinners -- I found a magazine that unlocks a 2x2 plot to make an ice cream store. Don't ?think? it's SS2.)

I'm sure it's SS2 because I'm not running tales of the commonwealth.
