Nice, I never thought of using the 1x1 plots at Egret they make building easier in that place I always used the 2x2 plots and struggled to get them all in.
Question which key on PC toggles suffice snap?

I believe they are from either the Nuka-World DLC or from Creation Club content

When you start the HQ could you also do it as a tutorial, each time I get to HQ I have nothing but problems and have to do a restart, I still haven't got through it.
