Solved Few Questions / Looking for tips

First off, this seems like a SUPER fun mod. I made a new raider character and cant wait to rule the commonwealth with an iron fist!

I just had a few (potentially very dumb) questions i couldnt find the answer to after googling around, and was wondering if any of you pros could give me some tips on how to do well in conqueror, as i have had a few tries at it but find i spread myself to thin and get to point where i think "eh ill restart"

First question, when i take a settlement as an outpost, does the settlment plan still auto build itself like it would in ROTC? Or once you take it does it stop auto building until a leader is assigned? Or am i misunderstanding how rotc/conq works?

Second question, is it REQUIRED to pay attention to the vanilla SS needs? Or should i just focus on my gang on a whole and worry about morale instead of happiness?

Third question, is there a way currently to see who is placed where? For example, i want to assign as many people to warriors as possible to take a settlement, then divide them back to guards for my various vassals, so is it possible to see an overall guard count for the gang similiar to the overall warrior count?

And for the advice/tips, i never seem to be able to get more than 5 warriors at a time. I struggle to get enough wages, ammo and rations to recruit more people. Whats a good way to expand? Should i play it slow and let the plots upgrade in my vassals to make sure i get atleast 15 warriors? or should i rush to expand, which i have been doing because im scared the settlements will reach level 2 and i wont be able to take them lol, which i dont know if they can expand on their own.

My current strat is to HQ Drive in, and then vassal abernathy, sunlight, tenpines and grey garden, but that usually leaves me no people left to do anything with and not enough rescources to recruit.

EDIT: Bonus question time! : when does Jammer initiate dialouge to re name your gang? Ive gotten to meeting ophelia and havent been asked about name (my first playthrough i got asked a lot earlier)

Hello i am going to ask your questions
1.If the city plan is auto building and now you go and conquest as a outpost then the building are going to stop and you are going to need to put a leader,but in the city manager in gameplay,in immersion you can desactivated leader needed option and now the city are going to be build without any leader.
2.I think what is better if you pay attention to morale better than happines for now and you have to conquest vassals to have the soldier needs if you have any question about recruitmen is a post where i explain that.
3.Yeah you need to have the control vassals on go there and a hud like in the outposts are going to show and then are going to put the numers of civilians in the settlements,and the guards like the warriors.
And for the tip you need when you have all the wages,rations,etc.. completed is better to have a lot control the vassals settlements and create new commercials,industrials and agricultural beacuse for 1 warrior needs some rations,some wages and some equpment so you need to have for example + 200 of the rations,the wayes and the equpment and then are going to recruits tomorrow the number of people you choose not only one bacuse if only have resources for one are going to recruit only one and if you have 15 people in your ourpost and you want to recruit 5 more you need 5 beds more too.And then if you want more recruits per day constructt a recruitmen center in martials plot in each oupost with the recruitmen center are going to add 3 more recuits per day.
For the bonus question:
You have 4 vassals the only thing what you need is recruit one outpost or 2 more and then jammer are going to talk to you and get you the honors of chossing a new game so i recommend talk to jammer to do raids.

Prebuld cities up to level 3 at the start gives the best raider play-through imo.
They will be harder to attack but reward more when you take them over.
