New mod today on the Nexus by Registrator:

For those of you who have a bevy of workshop mods added like Homemaker, Do It Yourshelf, and so on, you know that after a few of these, the workshop takes forever to open. Registrator's mod is supposed to help with that, improving performance on loading workshop mode by a significant portion for those with long load times, and near instantaneous load times for those without. It should also fix the "icons not loading" issue
with workshop mode as well. It should be fully compatible with Workshop Framework and Workshop Plus.

Improve your performance one mod at a time!

I use BRB load order on NMM for my potato and will use for new laptop soon. I asked that Mod Author about it and he stated it works for him.

I was really excited to see this new mod. Workshop Menu is a travesty when opening.... probably why I usually build too much without saving ... puts at risk....

I love this mod I really do.

However I noticed something since installing this mod. My accessing ASAM choosing a plot plan is lagged to hell and back especially when using residential ones. Using defense or advanced industrial is the same as before.

Is it just coincidental or is anyone else experiencing same thing?

The ASAM sensor lag is generally due to having a lot of plans. I have a plan to resolve this in the big recode project I'm doing, but that's still a long, long ways off.

Right now, it's just an unfortunate limitation of the system - the more building plans you have, the slower the menu generates to let you choose one.

My workshop was taking about 80 seconds to load. Imagine trying to build a city this way. I did.
I even downloaded a mobile game to play when entering workshop mode...
With this mod, it loads instantly! The mod author is a genius. Thanks to both of you!

Good lord. Mine's not nearly that bad, probably more like 5-10 seconds, but this mod is still aces.

Mine took 80 seconds after dialing back because it was just too slow. Now is instant though I have not tried going overboard again
