Question Failed attempt at downloading WSF on Nexus Mods

It has been a long time since I played Fallout 4 and tried this mod so please treat me as a newbie. For some reason I am unable to download this mod from Nexus Mods. Does anyone have an idea of what I am doing wrong? I am simply clicking the Mod Manager Download button as I do with most other mods unless they require manual download. It says the download failed and perhaps I don't have permission. Do I need to make a purchase or something to get permission? How do I do that?

Sorry to reply to my own thread. But I am having a hard time remembering how to do things. The Manual Download button worked for me and I dragged and dropped the file into Vortex. I hope I did that right. If so, no need for a reply and you can close or remove this thread.
