Started a new game was building up my city then are started noticing the textures were bugging out. Any body have any idea why is it happening?

That's a new one - haven't seen anything like that before.

If you disable all mods but SS and check your game, does it still happen? If not, then you likely just have a mod conflict or load order issue to solve.

Likely graphics card related (drivers or settings) then. Those are all vanilla models, so I doubt it's anything with your game.

Hello, I have seen this before or something similar, however it would help to know what card you are running. I will screen shot a few things to try to help out, but I must also ask, are you running twin cards or a single?

Fallout and some recent AMD driver updates have caused some weird issues, turning off some settings, seems to thelp with graphic glitch issues.

However, for me, I had two opposite issues causing tha same effect, card failure and AMD driver issues (install), I had to opt for a complete removal and re-install on the latter.

This is a list of cards I use
R9 290x 4GB
RX 580 Nitro+ 8GB
RX Vega 56 8GB

I was running two cards a 295x2. I turned off crossfire on it and it seem to fix the problem. haven't seen anything like that when the game first came out.

Thanks for the help:agree:

That's no problem. I know that recent drivers cause issues with crossifre support and games, but this (I think) is because of DirectX 12 they are pushing mGPU but I began to nod off after a while and just settled with that fact that I might as well invest in a more powerful single GPU.

I think the issue is with the speed increase vs cost by owning two cards, rather then one more powerful one.

But anyway, I found most games seem to hate crossifre now.
