Excavation Pit builds glass instead of ceramics

I've had this happen at two different settlements. When I try to upgrade the Excavation pit to a Ceramics Kiln it builds a Glass Blower instead. I've tried refreshing the plot as well as reloading the save. If I select Glass Blower I get that as expected. In one settlement I was able to finally get it to build the correct upgrade by returning at a later date. That hasn't worked yet for the second, but we'll see. All other plots upgrade to what I select.

Hmm - I'm not able to replicate this.

Occasionally, if you attempt to upgrade multiple plots in a row quickly, you can end up with temporary objects in your inventory that represent the building plans (this is how the selection works). These are supposed to be removed, but due to the speed of the game's scripting engine, sometimes they get left behind.

If you have any items under Misc that sound like the names of building plans or upgrade paths, drop them on the ground and try it again.

I know I've seen that in the past, but I'm not seeing anything in inventory like that now. Not sure if it's relevant or not but both of the plots I've seen this occur with were other AI sites previously that I've changed plot types on. The one I'm currently having the issue with was previously a Tool & Die Shop. Another oddity about this particular site was that when I noticed the problem and reloaded, I checked the stockpile and it was empty. There was material in there previously and the upgrade option was available. I'm going to try putting materials back in and let it sit again and see what happens.
