Donating Sand, Gravel, et al

The new IR plots generate a lot of junk very quickly that can to only be used on other plots of the same type. The settlement plan for sanctuary involves a brick wall being created, so surely we should be able to donate these resources towards a settlements scrap level.

So far, when kinggath has produced something that has no seeming purpose it's because he hasn't implemented the thing it's intended for yet (like the medical grade plastics that now have a use)

I'm sure he will, but it would be nice if the new junk also functioned like all the other junk.
