Probably a minor spoiler.

Is Cola supposed to follow you as soon as you return to Old Paul at the end of Let Sleeping Dogs Lie? I've got her following me wherever I go and I can't interact with her. Also, Old Paul is asking for food to feed her but is not taking it from me when I offer it.

This sounds like something that was fixed several versions ago. What version are you running?
