Does SS2 make any changes to Sanctuary?

Not part of building the inital plots. Specifically to the area around Sanctuary. Having trouble with a mod that adds something n.e.
 
The only one I'm aware of is the magazine placed on the workshop workbench in Sanctuary. It also has some edits to a shed SW-ish of V111. There is an added NPC east of Sanctuary across the lake. There are some edits to a cell south-ish of Abernathy. There are a ton of edits to the Concord area.

Have you tried looking for conflicts in xEdit?
 
Yes, nothing pops up in xEdit, but I didn't think that SS2 made any changes around Sanctuary that would interact. Later in the game the amount of scripts it has combined with SS2's preclude running both together, sigh. I had trouble with the HQ build-out reporting back completions, until about 5 real-time hours later I was doing the Hubologist side-quest and entered the spaceship, got an explosion of results scrolling by to fast to read any. And that companions side-quest hadn't triggered, couldn't see if the interaction that would trigger the conversation showed up in the word diarrhea scrolling by. And then FO4 crashed. But, thanks.
