Dirt Foundations not solid?

I have noticed that when a dirt foundation is placed there is no solidness to it. Meaning I can walk on it, but everything else just sinks as if it is not there.

For example the first time I noticed this I put down a dirt foundation then went to plant some crops on it and they just passed through to the actual ground until they were able to be placed.

My settlers will also not walk over those "deep areas." Yesterday I noticed a settler stuck inside a building because it would not path out the door because the drop was too much. I moved the dirt foundation, placed steps, placed the dirt back over the steps and the settler was on their way.

Did I miss a setting, wrong load order, or have a conflicting mod causing them to not be solid like the concrete and wooden foundation?

I have moved the thread to Bug Report section of the forum. Thank you both.

LOL Ilja, I asked you about it in the Sim Settlements topic last week. You never replied.

Sorry. I was away from the town. Steam app is unpredictable in countryside. Sometimes it forms the connection and other times it gives an error. If it gives an error, when I am trying to open the post from app, then it often marks thread as read while at it.

I had 297 notification, when I got back home at Sunday. I couldn't remember which threads I might have missed by connection errors during the weekend, so I hoped that each one in Steam would had gained at least one more reply.

No biggie and I completely understand. I can go in game for an hour and come back to 30-50 new replies.

Worked out for the best I think because it finally forced me to use these forums, lol.
